About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Agent to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Coordinate room allocations with the housekeeping department to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our hotel, including room types, amenities, and services, to provide expert recommendations to our guests.
  • During night shifts, you will be responsible for hotel closing procedures, cash collection, and preparing for the next day's operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, demonstrating a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
