Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate with storekeepers to schedule shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Verify bills from KABS store, ensure they are uploaded on the system, and signed by the salesman, then transfer the bills to finance while keeping a copy for filing purposes.

Responsible for online delivery billing, verifying the bill received from the storekeeper, and ensuring discounts, numbers, and promotions are valid.

Inventory Management

Responsible for reordering products as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels.

Conduct end-of-month inventory count for both indoor and outdoor locations.

Ensure there is no discrepancy between system reports and actual inventory stock levels.

Report minimum stock levels on a monthly basis, along with monthly reports of damage and expired goods, and marketing gifts.

Coordinate with 3PLs and LSPs to maintain adequate stock levels at all locations.

Customs and Clearance

Report to the FDA in person to fulfill sampling requests.

Coordinate with clearance agents and oversee the clearance process.

Handle all customs procedures and requests to ensure shipments are cleared.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.

Minimum of 3 years of Logistics Supervisor experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Leadership and managerial skills.
