About Jeeny's Graduate Trainee Program

Jeeny's Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive development program designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a dynamic business environment.

Program Overview
  • Rotations in Key Departments: Participants will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Pricing, Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Customer Experience, and Market Intelligence.
  • Professional Development: The program is designed to challenge and support participants to grow professionally and personally, with a focus on developing skills in data analysis, strategy development, and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Participants will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business growth and develop a strong network of contacts within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Participants will be responsible for deep diving into data to crack problem statements, find insights, and recommend solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Strategy Development: Participants will design, develop, and implement strategies to support business services or market sectors.
  • Innovation: Participants will discover new ways to help Jeeny grow and identify growth opportunities as well as overcome existing challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Participants will design or map out new processes to bring efficiency to existing processes.
  • OKR Achievement: Participants will help formulate and achieve organizational OKRs to challenge the status quo and demonstrate innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business management, engineering, or science-related discipline.
  • Skills: Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques, strong communication and engagement skills, willingness to embrace and respond to change, ability to navigate through ambiguity, strong analytical skills, flexible thinking, and ability to continuously innovate.
