We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Advertising Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts in EMEA markets. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies to drive growth and revenue for Deel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and demand generation.
  • Work closely with our local marketing managers to identify key regional trends and optimize paid channels to hit regional and growth KPIs.
  • Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding, ad creative, budgets, and other impact-driven variables to drive continuous growth and scale.
  • Collaborate with our Paid Marketing team to ensure top-performing paid efforts and share learnings with other regional paid ads managers.
  • Work with our Copywriting and Design teams to construct and iterate on new ads and A/B tests specific to your region.
  • Educate the Growth team and other regional paid managers on the latest paid trends and performance insights in your region.
  • Maintain relationships with Paid vendors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing regional paid ads end-to-end, including Paid Social and Paid Search for a B2B brand, in-house, including localization between countries.
  • Highly knowledgeable and confident with both Paid Social and Search platforms, with performance-based goals (CPL, SQO, ROAS, etc.).
  • Data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track performance.
  • Responsible for regional lead generation and revenue for paid campaigns, working with both regional and global teams.
  • Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing org structures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed Paid for a region in-house for an HR or FinTech B2B SAAS company.
  • Worked on localization of ads, country-specific targeting/goals, and campaigns in multiple languages.
  • Worked at a very fast-growing startup.
  • Successfully worked in a remote & distributed team.
