Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Advertising Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies that drive growth and revenue for Deel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Paid Advertising Strategies: Create and implement paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and demand generation platforms.
  • Manage Paid Advertising Budgets: Oversee and optimize paid advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of paid advertising efforts.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of paid advertising campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest developments in paid advertising, including new platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Paid Advertising: Proven track record of success in managing paid advertising campaigns and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong Knowledge of Paid Advertising Platforms: Expertise in paid social and search platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
