We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team at Accor. As a Butler, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Orientation: Greet all arriving guests and provide a detailed orientation of their rooms and facilities, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Public Relations: Establish and maintain good public relations with all guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to providing warm, anticipative service that exceeds the needs and expectations of our discerning guests.
- Guest Requests: Act as the reference team member for guests during their stay, ensuring that all requests are made possible or followed up promptly.
- Communication: Transmit guest requests and preferences accurately to the team, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Reporting and Coordination: Receive, record, and distribute various reports via the Opera system, coordinating with room service and other departments as needed.
- Guest Services: Maintain the guest's personal items, clothing, and wardrobes in a clean and neat fashion throughout their stay, collecting, processing, and delivering all guests' valet requirements.
- Team Support: Assist guests with room and local information, make bookings and reservations as required, and support other departments as needed.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Practice up-selling of hotel products and facilities, fully understanding the difference between guest levels (VIP) and providing tailored service accordingly.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Assist with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of team members or other tasks assigned by the manager, following all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.
