Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, implementing sales strategies, and coordinating project management. They will also communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer data to identify sales opportunities and trends
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Coordinating project management to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
