Job Summary

The Sales Cluster Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across a designated sales cluster. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain key accounts, ensuring long-term business growth and revenue stability.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
