Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • No prior experience or education required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No related work experience required
