Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with presales teams and manufacturers to ensure that customer demands are met with product offerings, and stay updated with technology trends and regulatory codes.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales process by setting up meetings with prospects or clients, and presenting products effectively to prospective clients to ensure successful closure of sales deals.
  • Solution Development and Demonstration: Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations to ensure that solutions align with client requirements and best practices stated in the statement of work.
  • System Implementation and Configuration: Deploy and configure physical and logical security systems, such as CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems (ACS), and network infrastructure design, implementation, and configuration, ensuring compliance to industry standards and specific project requirements.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide professional after-sales support, diagnose and resolve network or system issues, perform regular maintenance tasks, respond to customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction to uphold the company's reputation and maximize customer loyalty.
