Job Summary:

CC Staffing International is seeking a highly skilled Content Acquisition Manager to join our commercial department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing value-added services (VAS) and Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) content partnerships in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:Content Sourcing and Acquisition:
  1. Identify and Source Relevant Content Providers: Research and identify potential content providers for VAS and DCB aggregation across various verticals, including entertainment, gaming, music, lifestyle, and more.
  2. Negotiate Terms with Content Providers: Collaborate with content providers to negotiate favorable deals that align with our company goals and revenue targets.
  3. Maintain a Diverse Content Portfolio: Ensure a robust and diverse content portfolio that supports both user acquisition and retention strategies.
Partnership Development:
  1. Build and Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with content providers to ensure continuous access to new and high-quality content.
  2. Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with partners to understand their needs and secure content that meets market demand.
Market Research and Analysis:
  1. Stay Updated on Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging content providers in the VAS and DCB sectors.
  2. Conduct Regular Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of acquired content to evaluate its impact on revenue and user engagement.
Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
  1. Lead Negotiations on Contract Terms: Negotiate contract terms to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks.
  2. Manage Contract Execution: Oversee contract execution and ensure all stakeholders meet their obligations.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, media, or a related field.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in content acquisition, business development, or partnerships in VAS, DCB, or telecommunications.
  3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  4. Deep understanding of the VAS and DCB markets, particularly in the MEA region.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with content providers and operators.
