Job Title: SEO SEM and Content Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO SEM and Content Specialist to join our Marketing team at CC Staffing International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and content activities to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns on Google to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on newly developed code.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality content, including press releases, advertorials, articles, and blog posts, to engage and inform our target audience.
  • Manage email marketing efforts, from list management to campaign launch and analysis.
  • Create landing pages and blog posts to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve SEO positions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven SEO experience with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns on Google.
  • Solid understanding of Performance Marketing, Conversion, and Online Customer Acquisition.
  • Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
