About Jeeny:

Jeeny is a mobile application that simplifies daily commuting and transportation. It connects users with their preferred mode of transport, making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for everyone.

Established in 2014 as Easy Taxi, the company was revamped in 2016 to cater to other services under the name Jeeny. Currently, it operates in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

The company has offices in several locations across these countries, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

About the Role:

This Customer Service Agent position is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service to Jeeny's users. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on recurring problems or patterns.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience or a related role is preferred but not essential. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
