Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of the finance function, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analysis. This position is instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of financial operations and supports strategic and operational decision-making through reliable financial data.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or accounting, with excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail. They will be responsible for:

  • Preparing periodic financial reports and performance summaries.
  • Supporting the creation of monthly and annual financial statements, including revenue and expense breakdowns.
  • Maintaining accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
  • Collecting and organizing financial data for analysis and forecasting purposes.
  • Assisting in variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budget or forecast.
  • Preparing budget and forecast templates, presentations, and working files.
  • Reviewing and reconciling financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports.
  • Contributing to analyzing operational metrics and identifying areas for financial improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
  • Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis requests and assisting in building financial models when needed.
  • Collaborating with other finance team members to improve reporting processes and data quality.
  • Performing other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting and planning.
