Partnership Development:
- Identify and prospect potential partners aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business strategies.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for partnership growth and expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly track and report on the success of partnerships.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and activities.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate partnership goals, initiatives, and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
