The Sales & Business Development Senior Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's rapid growth at a pivotal stage. This position is at the core of the organization's expansion strategy, responsible for discovering new revenue streams, optimizing sales processes, and securing strategic partnerships that will propel long-term success.

In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the leadership team to define and execute strategies that deliver immediate sales results while also laying the groundwork for scalable, sustainable growth. This role requires a hands-on, dynamic leader who is capable of building and leading a sales team in an ever-evolving landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead complex sales cycle including negotiations, proposals, and contract closure.
  • Manage and grow key accounts and strategic clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead market entry strategic and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales and business development team members.
  • Set Performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
  • Support talent development and succession planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Prepare regular reports for executives.
  • Contribute to commercial strategy, pricing, and go to market plans.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, finance and operations team.
  • Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and company offerings.
  • Support proposal development, presentations, and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong records of exceeding sales target.
