Change Manager

Optimiza is looking for a proactive and strategic Change Manager to oversee and drive change initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be adept at managing the people side of change, ensuring that change management strategies are effectively integrated into all projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Conduct impact analyses to identify potential challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into the project lifecycle.
- Lead training and communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster a supportive environment for change.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers on change management best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in change management to continuously improve organizational change strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High adaptability and resilience when managing change in a fast-paced environment.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
