Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Logistics Executive to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining excellent supplier and distributor relations. The role requires strong experience in land, sea, and air freight operations, as well as exceptional communication skills in English to effectively manage coordination and negotiation with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company's logistics and supply chain operations across multiple regions.
  • Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics processes across land, sea, and air freight modes.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Optimize logistics workflows and suggest improvements in transportation and warehousing.
  • Lead and mentor junior logistics staff.
  • Prepare logistics reports and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Handle escalations and resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in land, sea, and air freight operations.
  • Experience in managing logistics in FMCG, distribution, or retail environments.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) – clear and professional communication is critical.
  • Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Leadership experience in supervising logistics teams.
