We're working on

  • UI Pattern Builder: Our lightweight Chrome Extension allows you to build highly customizable in-app messages on top of your web applications with zero code.
  • Tracking and Contextual Triggering: Our highly performant Javascript SDK can be installed on your web application to track your users' properties and events in real time. Additionally, it serves as a layer to render personalized UI components built through our tools.
  • Data Segmentation: Tracked user properties and events, can be utilized to analyze or target any user segment by using our simple and advanced query builder. Optimization of data ingestion, aggregation, and consistency across a highly available fault-tolerant distributed system is our top priority to ensure real-time user analytics and engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, write, and execute detailed and well-structured test cases for both new features and product enhancements.
  • Execute various types of testing, including manual and automated tests, to ensure the high quality and integrity of software releases.
  • Contribute in change management by conducting manual regression testing and verifying production releases.
  • Test functionality across a large distributed system consisting of interdependent services, verifying that all pieces work together as expected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support, UX, engineering, and product management, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and enhance the library of existing test cases to keep up with product updates and changes.
  • Identify, document, and validate bug reports with a keen eye for potential issues that users might encounter.
  • Display the capability to handle multiple product releases with various dependencies, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.

What Makes You An Excellent Fit

  • You have experience testing SaaS Products and working with Chrome Extensions.
  • You possess knowledge of automated testing techniques and have prior experience with API Testing.
  • You demonstrate extreme attention to detail, especially when documenting test cases and following processes in the development cycle. Your meticulous approach ensures a high standard of quality is consistently maintained.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on product requirements.
  • You exhibit strong organizational skills and have the ability to keep track of numerous tasks and processes simultaneously.
