We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

Chain Reaction is looking for a Community Manager to engage with clients through social media by creatively responding to inquiries and feedback. Generate reports, manage content calendars, and collaborate with the social media team to enhance promotional strategies using client insights.

Requirements

  • Respond to client inquiries on social media, offering creative and informative replies.
  • Humanize the FAQs process by providing thoughtful and personalized responses.
  • Generate and send regular reports to relevant departments, ensuring they are informed of client interactions and trends.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop new, creative promotional strategies based on client feedback and FAQs.
  • Assist in creating and managing the content calendar, ensuring alignment with promotional goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Provide engaging content (text, images, and videos) to enhance community interaction.
Requirements & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Community Manager in an agency setting.
  • Proven work experience as a community manager, social media moderator, or a similar role.
  • High proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows and environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Attentive to details, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Passionate about Marketing and Digital Marketing.
