What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure efficient performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards
  • Building cost estimates and procuring construction GCs, architects, engineers, building materials, and managing the vendor contracts to value engineer 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address vendor-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
  • Manage the project's commercial aspect, including both the initial and final cost estimates 
  • Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to improve accuracy, usefulness, and access.
  • Partner with KOB teams to procure kitchen equipment specific to licensee needs
  • Collect and rationalize sophisticated data from many sources. Conduct a financial evaluation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. 
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
