Optimiza is seeking a motivated Associate System Engineer to join our team This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in systems engineering. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of system infrastructures.
  • Support system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to deploy software applications and system updates.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides as part of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in systems engineering, IT support, or related roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and basic networking concepts.
  • Some experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
  • Relevant internships, projects, or coursework will be beneficial.
