Optimiza is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative System Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing efficient and effective systems that meet the dynamic needs of our clients. You will leverage your analytical skills and creativity to create system designs that enhance functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications for system solutions.
  • Create detailed system design documents, including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain system architectures that align with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess potential design solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that system designs are effectively implemented and adhere to best practices.
  • Participate in system testing and validation processes, ensuring the functionality and performance of designed systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in system design or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, design principles, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., UML, Visio, or similar).
  • Experience with programming languages and database management is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
