Your Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Development Manager to join our Revenue Organization. This role will be responsible for managing portfolio partners, ensuring they are enabled, engaged, and motivated to generate high-quality leads for Maqsam. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing them with the resources, support, and guidance they need to succeed. This role requires a combination of relationship management, program execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Manage, support, and nurture a group of partners to maximize lead generation outcomes. Act as the day-to-day contact for affiliate partners, building trust and alignment.
  • Enablement & Support: Provide partners with training, tools, and marketing materials to promote Maqsam effectively. Ensure partners have a clear understanding of Maqsam's value proposition, product capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead Generation: Drive consistent pipeline contribution from affiliate partners by setting clear expectations and supporting partner campaigns. Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to launch and optimize co-marketing activities with partners.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report partner performance against agreed KPIs. Identify high-performing partners to scale engagement and underperforming partners to re-align strategy.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure partner leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and converted. Share partner and market feedback with internal teams to inform product positioning and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, sales support, or channel/affiliate marketing (preferably in SaaS or technology).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and use CRM/partner management tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, lead generation, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of active partners generating leads monthly.
  • Volume and quality of leads contributed by affiliate partners.
  • Partner engagement scores (participation in training, campaigns, and initiatives).
  • Conversion rates of partner-sourced leads to opportunities.
