Role Description

The Senior Partnership Specialist is responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute partnership strategies, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the organization's market presence and operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and partner organizations.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development.
  • Identify potential partners that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop partnership proposals.
  • Lead the development and execution of high-value strategic partnerships.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and partner organizations.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that result in substantial revenue growth.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at partner organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or related industry with a deep understanding of market needs and practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with industry experts and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
