Job Title: Technical Engineer – Cloud AI Services

Job Description:

  1. Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents using commercial large language models (LLMs) and Microsoft Copilot 365 Studio.
  2. Learn on how to use and increase consumption of major public Cloud service providers (Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrocks, Google Cloud)
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored AI agent solutions that meet specific business or industry needs.
  4. Identify high-demand use cases across departments and industries and proactively develop ready-to-use AI agent templates.
  5. Ensure AI agents are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance within cloud environments.
  6. Produce clear technical documentation and user guides to support deployment, usage, and maintenance of AI agents.
  7. Develop promotional content, demos, and training materials to drive awareness and adoption of AI agent solutions.
  8. Conduct workshops, onboarding sessions, and enablement activities for users with varying technical backgrounds.
  9. Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, Copilot, and cloud technologies to continuously improve solution design and capabilities.
  10. Provide post-deployment support and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
  11. Act as a technical advisor for AI integration projects and contribute to the department's overall AI roadmap.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Experience in developing AI agents or bots that process non-textual data, including images, video, or audio content
