Optimiza is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team focused on the Sanad App project. In this influential role, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts of the Sanad App, ensuring an intuitive, user-friendly experience that meets the needs of our users. Your expertise in UI/UX design will be critical in shaping the future of this app, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for the Sanad App, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
  • Create comprehensive user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide for the Sanad App, ensuring brand coherence across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to innovate and elevate our design approach.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in leading design projects.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design process and showcases projects from concept through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and present design concepts effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team of designers is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly desirable.
