Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the heart of the Product tribe, driving impact by:

  1. Design and deliver 6+ end-to-end product features within 6 months across the Tutor App and New Ventures.
  2. Reduce tutor complaints/confusion on redesigned features by 20% through improved UX workflows and usability testing.
  3. Contribute at least 10 new components to the centralized Figma design system within the first 90 days.

A Day In Your Life:

  • Design intuitive mobile and web interfaces for Tutor App and experimental products.
  • Conduct UX research such as user interviews and usability testing.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to align on feature requirements and design handoff.
  • Update, manage, and expand the shared design system.
  • Lead design QA, gather usage feedback, and iterate accordingly.
  • Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, applying relevant practices to maintain top-notch product quality.
Requirements

You're the Senior Product Designer we're looking for if you have:

  • 5-7 years in Product or UI/UX Design
  • Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools
  • Strong visual and interaction design foundations
  • Experience in designing for education, SaaS, or mobile-first products
  • Data-informed mindset and usability-first approach
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
