Optimiza is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's strategic goals. As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, providing clarity on product features, functionality, and value.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure efficient team collaboration.
  • Monitor product performance through key metrics, gathering user feedback to inform continuous improvement and iteration.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining product vision and strategy, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar are advantageous.
