Optimiza is seeking an experienced Mobile Products Director/Owner to lead our mobile product strategy and development. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our mobile products, from ideation to launch, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our users and meet the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maximize the impact of our mobile offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for mobile products in alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the mobile space.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Lead the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality mobile products.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics to inform continuous improvement and iteration.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and external partners to foster collaboration and support product success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile product development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with significant focus on mobile products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mobile applications in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of mobile technologies, platforms, and development processes (iOS, Android).
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for product management.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively conveying product vision and strategy to different audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
