Day to day as an Integration Support Specialist

As an Integration Support Specialist at isolved, you will be an essential member of our dynamic support team, poised to lead partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will engage directly with clients, utilizing chats and scheduling meetings to address issues such as payroll discrepancies, API integrations, and vendor communications. Your basic troubleshooting skills will be crucial as you tackle complex technical challenges, all while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating closely with third-party vendors, project teams, and the internal benefits team, you'll ensure smooth data transmission and integration processes.

Would you be a great Integration Support Specialist?

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent work experience
• Passion for delivering an outstanding Tier II customer experience
• 1-3 years of experience in data integration, report writing, API or HR Payroll or Benefits industry
• Experience with isolved HCM software (nice-to-have)
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking
