We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager who specialises in Accounts Receivable to join our Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure efficient cash flow operations. You will leverage Workday, Salesforce, and Google Sheets/Excel to maintain accurate records, track outstanding payments, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounts receivable processes.

What you'll do
- Invoice Management: Generate, verify, and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Payment Processing: Track incoming payments, apply them to customer accounts, and manage discrepancies.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collections & Dispute Resolution: Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue invoices, and resolve payment disputes with customers.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed AR reports, aging schedules, and cash flow forecasts using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining AR processes and implementing best practices for efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of accounts receivable or finance-related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Workday, Salesforce, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and financial reports.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
