Banquet Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Concierge Agent to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

• Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Information Provision: Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Communication: Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Log Management: Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks, and monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Accident Reporting: Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow all company policies and procedures.
