Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain the value of our product
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Requirements
  • Located in EMEA
  • 3+ years of sales experience and client development, with a minimum of 2 years selling into EMEA
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
  • SFDC proficiency
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English
