As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving automation innovation and excellence at Deel. With our market-leading international payroll and compliance platform, we are poised for continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a scalable automation framework using Jira/Service Desk, Zapier, Zendesk, and Looker to streamline our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain API, JSON, and Python integrations.
  • Create and refine Looker Dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings and contribute to the creation of assessment checklists to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with manual testers to enable automation suites to validate the quality of releases and daily builds.
  • Manage multiple projects with changing priorities, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the ongoing review of Automation test(s) status, identify risks, and develop mitigation solutions.
  • Manage costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing test automation deliverables, ensuring schedule and budget are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven analytical skills and experience in writing automation scripts for complex business rules and rule engines.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL, API, Python, or scripting languages.
  • Strong knowledge of Spreadsheets.
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Snowflake.
  • Preferably good knowledge of Looker.
