Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires an individual to take on the responsibilities of contract management, negotiation, and compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in project management and project controls, including contract drafting, contract administration, procurement and tendering, reporting and communications, contract management, negotiation, and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contractual agreements to ensure alignment with company policies, client specifications, and legal requirements.
  • Administering and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle to ensure timely execution, monitoring, and performance of all parties.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and ensure smooth contract execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Ability to support various engineering projects, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in project management and project controls.
