Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead our demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, with experience working with suppliers, optimizing stock levels, and improving forecast accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing monthly demand planning exercises with customers and translating the demand plan into a supply plan per supplier.
  • Placing orders with suppliers as per supply plan, considering lead time, supply constraints, and logistics/shipping constraints.
  • Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
  • Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
  • Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
  • Analyzing operations to find ways to reduce risk.
  • Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implementing subsequent changes to processes.
  • Monitoring the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.

• Strong proficiency in demand forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Excel.

• Experience working with suppliers, logistics providers, and inventory management systems.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
