Optimize Digital Transformation Strategies

Description

We seek a motivated Junior Digital Transformation Policies and Strategies Researcher to support the research and analysis of digital transformation policies and strategies.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping us understand how to best guide clients through their digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching and analyzing digital transformation policies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Gather and compile data from various sources to support policy development and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefings that communicate research findings effectively.
  • Engage in discussions and workshops to collaborate with team members and stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on trends and innovations in digital transformation and related policies.
  • Provide administrative support for research projects, including project coordination and documentation.
  • Contribute to the preparation, review, and update of policies, strategies, and regulatory frameworks for the digital transformation sector in coordination with all partners from the public sector, private sector, and civil society.
  • Follow up on and monitor developments in the field of digital transformation in accordance with international best practices in this field.
  • Prepare, review, and update legislative and regulatory frameworks related to digital transformation in collaboration with the legal affairs unit.
  • Conduct in-depth research on digital transformation policies and strategies in the public and private sectors, analyzing best global practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in research, policy analysis, or digital transformation (internships are acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of digital transformation concepts and policy frameworks.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced setting.
