A key member of the team will be responsible for driving cultural and organizational transformation through the development of excellence among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

This role will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities
  • Act as a catalyst for change in the cultural and organizational transformation of the organization
  • Provide key input on training aspects for all activities and plans
  • Support individual and team development, career progression, and experience-based learning
  • Induct, coach, and mentor new colleagues
  • Interact with leaders responsible for people development daily to provide support to operational departments
  • Partner with departments to deliver training programs and other organizational development interventions
  • Monitor and conduct reviews of learning and development with each department
  • Prepare annual training plans and calendars for the organization
