Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Manager to lead our content upload team at TASC Outsourcing. As a key member of our digital content team, you will be responsible for overseeing the upload and management of content across our multiple websites and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of content uploaders, providing clear direction, coordinating schedules, training, feedback, and support to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies, including Agile principles, to plan, execute, and monitor content upload and migration projects.
  • Content Upload Process: Develop and maintain efficient workflows for uploading various types of content within our CMS (Sitecore and Sitefinity) and websites.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all uploaded content meets quality standards, including accuracy, formatting consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with marketing teams and content creators to coordinate project delivery and prioritize uploads based on strategic objectives and marketing calendars.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the management of content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management platforms, ensuring they are optimized for content upload processes.
  • Migration Plans: Lead on content and technical teams to assess CMS migration requirements, develop migration plans, gap analysis, and execute migrations according to established timelines and guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a point of contact for resolving any technical issues related to content uploading, working closely with IT or technical support teams as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content upload metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of upload processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate training for new team members.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge related to content uploading and digital platforms.
