Job Summary:

CBS Comprehensive Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Remedial and Collections Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex financial issues, ensuring timely and effective collections, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve collection processes and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in collection and legal accounts follow-up, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in financial software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
