About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. If you have expertise in Microservices, Solution Architecture, and are well-versed in designing technical and integration architectures, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Technical Architectures: Develop, runtime, and operations architectures to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Define Scalable Solutions: Utilize Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns and microservices to automate business process models and cloud-based services.
  • Lead Large-Scale Solutions: From establishing project requirements to solution 'go-live', lead the implementation of complex solutions.
  • Provide Technical Design: Offer technical design across multiple projects and clients, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Technology Consulting: Provide architectural strategy, review, and audit services, as well as architecture roadmaps.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks, issues, and dependencies of scoped solutions.
  • Integration Roadmaps: Develop roadmaps for integration technologies, current and future.
  • Agile Process Introduction: Introduce Agile processes to existing teams, ensuring seamless adoption.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Experience: 4+ years of intensive Java backend development and solution architecture experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java 8 or Java 11, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and DevOps tools.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong experience with Agile software development processes, approaches, delivery, and methods, with scaling to the Enterprise and release management processes.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders on technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
