Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Advanced Business Solutions | SAP Gold Partner in Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Develop and Implement Employee Engagement Programs: Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and productivity.
  • Foster a Positive Company Culture: Develop and maintain a culture that aligns with our values and mission, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee Recruitment and Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, and develop a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcome and supported.
  • Manage Performance Reviews and Development: Implement and manage performance review systems, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Design and Facilitate Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to support professional growth and development, and enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and promote open communication, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Organize Company Events and Recognition Programs: Plan and coordinate company events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work-life balance.
  • Monitor and Analyze HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance HR processes and programs.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field: A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience in HR: A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and culture, is required.
  • Strong Understanding of HR Best Practices and Labor Laws: A strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws is essential.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven Ability to Develop and Implement HR Strategies: A proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs is essential.
  • Experience with Performance Management, Training, and Development: Experience with performance management, training, and development is required.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: The ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization is essential.
  • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple priorities and projects.
