To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience. You should have 6-8 years of experience in complicated programs and project management, with a strong focus on program governance. Experience in the Financial Services Industry/Banking, as well as strong technical acumen and experience in Hardware, Software, Services, and Professional Services offerings in the IT industry, is also required. You should also have a history of successful team management and leadership, with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve.
