Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with a distributed team to drive project success
  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions to meet business needs
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless delivery of projects
  • Provide constructive code reviews to foster a culture of excellence
  • Contribute to the development of sound engineering principles and strategies
  • Estimate work, set goals, and deliver results in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, understanding risks and dependencies
  • Travel globally for internal and external events, working from home when necessary
  • Understand project completion criteria and drive work to completion
  • Mentor and manage staff, promoting growth and development
  • Reduce complexity and improve system efficiency
  • Effectively communicate with engineering teams, senior management, and stakeholders
  • Deliver technical solutions to address business needs, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Advocate for modern software development practices and promote organizational excellence
  • Lead a globally distributed team of web engineers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and career development
  • Support the delivery of technical solutions to meet business objectives
  • Foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values
  • Participate in leadership team discussions and collaborate with other leaders
