Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the financial health and stability of the academy.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the processing of invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement requests, and ensure timely and accurate payment of all financial obligations.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement internal controls to safeguard the academy's assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making by the management team, and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for various departments within the academy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
