We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Talabat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain consistent service quality across all brands, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent service and support.
  • Optimize restaurant content, including MOA and delivery times, to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quarterly reviews to partners, highlighting areas of growth and potential improvement.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure all brand requirements are met.
  • Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of full-time professional experience in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry market and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics to curate solutions.
