- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions, including Microsoft Servers, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, Cisco, AD, DC, VMware, and Veeam Backup.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or other related fields.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
