Customer Success Strategist

At Deel, we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive client growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Vision and Strategy: Assess client business strategies and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals using Deel's tools.
- Relationship Building: Foster deep, long-term relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and synthesize large data sets to create actionable recommendations for clients.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to drive high-impact improvements and solve complex problems on behalf of clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to drive business growth and success.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
- Background: Previous experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Skills: Quantitative skills, data savvy, and ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
- Personal Qualities: Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical foundation.
- Passion for the Future of Work: Experience in building consumer/business-facing products and thinking about customer experience and growth.
- Cultural Competence: Experience working in multiple countries, cultures, and places.
