About our Operations Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the growth of our business in the B2B segment. This full-time position is focused on ensuring seamless execution and follow-up of daily operations, while providing exceptional service to our corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations, with excellent organizational and coordination skills. They will be responsible for handling dispatching of ride requests, building and managing a fleet of drivers, and monitoring performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch corporate ride requests efficiently.
- Build and manage a dedicated fleet of drivers for corporate services.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all corporate ride requests.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain high service quality.
- Monitor driver performance and availability for B2B rides.
- Assist in reporting and documentation for all B2B-related rides.
- Support in resolving on-ground issues related to corporate transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
